The Tashkent University of Information Technologies
The progress of human society today is inconceivable without further development of communications and informatic systems. Major developments of communications facilities and information securing is connected with the latest achievements in the sphere of science, technique and modern technology. On the threshold of the XXI century the whole ideology of traditional systems passes to a new technological base, viz electronization of technical means, extensive inculcation of new transmission facilities (fibre-optical, laser, satellite, etc.), popular digitalization of transmission and commutation processes, broad-scale application of high productive systems of data transmission means (including communications, interface systems concentration, multifunctional terminal equipment etc). If to assume that education, science and culture is a tree taking deep root into ethnic soil that is fed by invigorating saps and gives relish to fruits, then the tree would live and bear fruits only in the case if its roots are kept alive. Our task is to be a thoughtful gardener and not to damage roots, to keep up the crown and fruits of the tree.
